Full payment to company’s account validates booking. We offer same day delivery within Lagos (no time bound).
All instructions or changes should be relayed to the company and not the rider.
We do not pick up cash, phones, laptops, illegal, stolen, perishable, fragile and luxury goods.
We do not act as payment agent. Please no POS.
Please package your order the best way possible so nothing can fall off the bag or damage or stain the content of your package. This protects your package.
Please label your package correctly with the receiver’s full address, name and number before pickup. This makes proxy delivery, goods recovery and the whole delivery process easy and fast.
We are not liable for any damage, loss or mixup that may arise from poor or no packaging and labelling.
Please only book when the package is ready and available for pickup. We charge waiting fee and have the right to cancel an order if the waiting time and purpose doesn’t align with our schedule.
Waiting fee applies as follows and must be paid before delivery:
11 -15 minutes : N500
15 -39 minutes : N1,000
40 minutes – 1 hour : N1,500
Waiting fee applies for pickup from or delivery to cargo companies, warehouses and other logistics company.
Park pickup or delivery attracts extra N500 charge.
The price list gives the cost for small packages.
Please always advise the content and size of your package the best way possible when booking, so you can be billed or advised appropriately.
Failure to declare the right size and content of a package before the rider gets to pickup in turn leading to cancellation by either party will attract a penalty fee of 75% of the total fee.
Cancellation or no show after confirmation for pickup or delivery attracts a penalty fee or surcharge/
Prohibited Items
A Shipment is deemed unacceptable if:
It contains complete firearms, ammunition, explosives, explosive devices or test pieces, air guns, replica or imitation firearms; counterfeit goods; cash; bullion (of any precious metal); live animals, prohibited animal parts or remains, such as ivory; human remains or ashes; loose precious or semi-precious stones; cannabis or its derivatives; or illegal goods, such as narcotics or other illegal drugs.
It is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles under ADR (European Road Transport Regulation on dangerous goods) or by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), or other relevant organization (“Dangerous Goods”).
The address is incorrect or not properly marked or its packaging is defective or inadequate to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling.
